B. Monthly Seed Nomination Form
This form allows individuals to nominate a business or organization that they believe could benefit from receiving a complimentary website through the Monthly Seed initiative.
Submitting a nomination does not guarantee that the nominated business will be selected.
Selection may depend on factors including, but not limited to, available capacity, project requirements, compatibility with the initiative, and the information provided through the nomination.
We may contact the nominator and/or nominated business for additional information.
C. General Inquiry / Contact Us Form
This form allows visitors to contact Sowing the Seeds with questions, comments, partnership inquiries, or other requests.
We may use the information submitted to respond directly to the inquiry.
4. Monthly Seed Initiative
The Monthly Seed initiative is intended to provide complimentary website services to selected businesses or organizations when resources and capacity allow.
Sowing the Seeds does not guarantee:
That a nomination will be selected;
That every nominated business will receive a website;
A specific project completion date;
A specific website design or functionality;
Ongoing website maintenance or services; or
Future services beyond the agreed scope of an individual project.
Any project selected through the Monthly Seed initiative may be subject to additional communication, eligibility requirements, project limitations, content requirements, and an agreed scope of work.
5. Partner Network
Participation in the Sowing the Seeds Network is subject to review and approval.
Becoming a partner does not create an employment relationship, legal partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or other formal business relationship between Sowing the Seeds and the participating business or organization unless separately agreed to in writing.
Partners remain independently responsible for their own businesses, products, services, statements, customers, employees, contractors, licenses, insurance, and legal obligations.
Sowing the Seeds does not guarantee the quality, legality, profitability, availability, or performance of any partner's products or services.
